B's First Field Trip

Thursday was B's first school field trip to Hill Ridge Farms in Youngsville NC. There was so much to do.....animals, mazes, train rides, and a tractor hay ride to get pumpkins! Bryce had so much fun and of course it was even better because he was able to have two of his best buddies with him!

Carson had so much fun on her first train ride she couldn't stop kicking her arms and legs around!

When it came time to pick out a pumpkin Bryce had quite the work out. It actually turned into a bit of pumpkin chunkin towards the end.......he loves to throw stuff!!!!!!!

Even though it was practically 90 degrees out we had a lot of fun. The kids were whiped out at the end of the day and settled down for a little R&R.

Grandpa and Nana Kinsellas Visit

So Grandpa and Nana came to visit this past weekend and we had a lot of fun. We tried the Wake Forest Farmers Market, picked up some pumpkins and had a nice visit. Bryce had a lot of fun playing with Grandpa and acting silly. Of course on Sunday when the time came for them to leave he was devastated and cried. Even later on in the evening we mentioned them and B yelled out for Nana and looked around only to whimper when he realized they were not here.....so cute but sooooo sad!

Carson Weighs In

Carson had her 6 month appointment this past week and she is doing great! She is up to 15lb 6 oz and growing every day. We got the OK to start with food but so far we have just tried rice cerial which she loves. Bryce is still loving school and is talking constantly though we usually don't know what he is saying. I think he spoke to his aunt Megan on the phone the other day for like 10 minutes.......probably just breathing into the phone or talking about football.

First Day of School

So B had his first day of Pre-School on Monday.....now I know he has been in daycare and gone to summer camp but this still was a big step. He was so excited and did so well. While other little kids were getting out of their cars screaming Bryce hopped out and said "Bye Mom!"



Carson is 6 months old today! We have her appointment next week to get all her stat's so I will update then. She is grabbing at everything....including her brother........I didn't know it started so young between siblings!!!!!
